Town of Greenspond

There are craft tables set up at the Courthouse. Admission to view these tables is free. If you would like to tour the Courthouse admission for Adults: $5.00, Children 5-12 years: $2.00 & Free for under five.

The Town posted on their Facebook page last year that they were looking for people that own untaxed vacant property.Anyone who hasn't already informed the Town of any property that they own and are not paying taxes on are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Starting January 1st,2024 the Town will be charging property tax on those properties. If anyone who does not cooperate and the Town finds out that someone owns property and hasn't informed them, then the Town will be charging arrears taxes back to 2024. Thank you to everyone that has already informed the office of those vacant properties.

The Town is signed up for a program called Tootelo Telmatik. This program enables the town to advise its citizens by automated phone message about anything that is going on in the town. Example: Water shut off, snow clearing, scheduled change for garbage collection, etc. The town would like for everyone to contact the office with their contact information ex: Telephone number, cell phone number and email address so that they can be added to the list.
